Due to the nature of the material and unforseen job conditions, adjustments such as, but not limited to: fitting, trimming, filling, sanding, touch-up, refinishing of raw surfaces resulting from job fitting, repair of job inflicted scratches and mars, etc., may be required in the field. Such operations shall be the responsibility of the installing contractor. Touch-up material will be supplied by the factory.
- Architectural woodwork should be allowed to come to equalibrium on site prior to installation. A minimum of 72 hours shall be allowed for best results. However factory finished woodwork may require a week or more to acclimatize.
- Ceilings4U Grid Cover shall not be subject to extremes of temperature and humidity. Relative humidity shall not be less than 25% or more than 55% under normal conditions. In any event, relative humidity during the time of installation should remain within the specified range to be maintained during occupancy.
- Areas to receive Ceilings4U Grid Cover architectural woodwork must be fully enclosed with windows installed and glazed, exterior doors in place, HVAC systems operational, and temporary openings closed. All plaster, wet grinding and concrete work shal be fully dry.
